We are an award-winning artisan bakery that specialises in slowly-fermented sourdough. We supply wholesale bread to clients throughout London, including pubs, delis, cafes and restaurants.
We make bread that we mix and then knead and mould by hand, from locally-milled flour and our natural leaven, proved and fermented for 24 hours, creating a healthier bread with more flavour. These breads will remind you of what you have been missing all these years. The most delicious bread you have tasted.
All of the bread is made to order and baked the morning of the day it is delivered to you in our bakery. If like us, you believe that bread should be central to the meal – or indeed a meal in itself – then our bread may be what you have been searching for.
Please note that we use the minimum amount of salt compatible with the taste, texture, development and keeping-quality of all our breads. Salt content is generally 1% or less.
